Level 4 Diploma in Facilitating PBS in Teams

We have been working alongside Sunderland College to pilot the Level 4 Diploma in facilitating PBS in teams.

This programme is part of the wider regional workforce development model, that has seen the development of Level 6/7 practice leaders programme with Northumbria University. Enabling them to go on to lead PBS in their organisations.

We are delighted to inform for that for those organisations with a level 6/7 practice leaders we can now offer places on the level 4 programme. This will enable organisations to further embed PBS within their organisations.

We have now agreed two cohorts will start in September 2024 at Sunderland College. One cohort will be online and the other face to face. We aim to evaluate both delivery methods, which will inform out plan for future cohorts.

Organisations must have an internal Level 6/7 practice leader or equivalent, to meet the criteria for the programme. There is also additional academic criteria.

There is both an academic assignment and competency assessment, which requires the student to engage in supervision throughout the programme.

The programme requires you to attend live sessions whether that is face to face or online. Also engage with a number of eLearning chapters and additional reading. There are three modules you need to complete. There is a competency assessment and assignment for each module.
