Positive Behavioural Support Workforce Development Programme – Final Evaluation Report

This is an important evaluation of a region wide, multi-component, systemic workforce development approach to Positive Behavioural Support (PBS) by Karen McKenzie, George Murray, Rachel Martin, Aja Murray, and Dale Metcalfe.

This report looks at the impact of service providers engaging in an accredited PBS qualification which aimed to increase competence, knowledge, confidence and skills of those providing support to people with a learning disability and/or autism in community settings with the overall aim of improving the quality of life of those they supported.
